The website’s inquiry form prepares an email locally in your browser. It does not automatically send or store your form entries in a website database. Rental application
The rental application is completed locally in your browser. It creates a reviewable, downloadable or printable copy; it does not transmit, store or submit an application to a server. The email handoff contains your contact details and a request for submission instructions, not your full application or income details. Keep downloaded applications private and contact the rental team for the appropriate delivery method. No Social Security numbers, bank accounts, payment cards or screening documents are requested on this form. An application does not guarantee rental approval or reserve a property.
Tax inquiries
Tax service inquiries begin with a consultation request. Eligibility for deductions, credits and refunds depends on the facts of each return and applicable rules; no refund amount is guaranteed. Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax documents or financial account details in the website’s contact form.

Property portfolio images and specifications are sourced from Big Apple Realty’s existing website. Additional lifestyle images are generated illustrations of Florida homes, clearly presented as inspiration. Jay’s portrait has been professionally restyled with image-generation tools while preserving his likeness. They are not a live MLS listing feed or a guarantee that a property is currently available. Confirm current prices, specifications, fees, HOA information and availability with the brokerage. Images may show previously marketed properties.
Consultations and valuations
A website inquiry is a request to start a conversation. Appointments must be arranged and confirmed directly with the brokerage. Any requested discussion of home value is not an automated estimate, formal appraisal or guarantee of a sale price.
